A Three-Level Learning Journey

The AI-Blackbelt program follows a clear, three-stage structure that supports participants from first orientation to strategic AI leadership:

Yellow / White Belt – AI Fundamentals & Opportunity Identification

This introductory level builds a common understanding of core AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations. Participants learn how AI works, where it creates value, and how to identify promising initial use cases within their own business context

Green Belt – AI Use Case Evaluation & Prototyping

At the Green Belt level, participants move from ideas to execution. They learn how to systematically identify and evaluate AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and risk. The training provides proven methods and tools for project planning and enables participants to design and initiate first AI prototypes.

Black Belt – Strategic AI Leadership & Scaling
